Senior HR Administrator
Senior HR Administrator – Part time, 21 hours a week, all year round
Hymers College seek to appoint a Senior HR Administrator to begin over the summer. Reporting to the Bursar, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the provision of HR advice to the organisation is in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements and to provide an accurate and timely HR administration function that supports the organisational objectives.
The role holder will contribute to both strategic and operational HR initiatives and projects, be a trusted advisor to the Head and Bursar, ensure compliance with employment legislation, implement best practice HR processes and ensure that managers and staff act in accordance with School policies and procedures.
