School Inspection Report (18 to 20 November 2025)
Hymers College resoundingly met all five of the ISI Standards. This is the highest possible outcome as the standards can either be 'met' or 'not met'.
Highlights from the report included:
• The school implements a broad curriculum which provides pupils with a stimulating range of opportunities, including a carefully planned extra-curricular programme.
• Pupils demonstrate responsible and independent attitudes towards learning.
• Pupils are kind and supportive towards each other in their daily interactions.
• Teachers plan and teach interesting lessons.
• Leaders and staff adopt a vigilant approach to safeguarding throughout the school.
