Welcome

Hymers College is a co-educational independent day school for pupils aged 8 to 18 and offers a first class education. Results consistently show we are one of the highest achieving schools in the North. In the recently published School League Tables, Hymers was ranked the highest independent school in Yorkshire for GCSE results, and 2nd for A Levels. (January 2013 - Yorkshire Post).

We believe that a good education should inspire boys and girls to take every opportunity offered by a school to develop their talents. Hymers College is full of motivated, happy pupils who are doing just that.

We pride ourselves on the quality and breadth of the curriculum we provide whilst also developing the creative, sporting and personal skills of all our pupils. We are a school that welcomes progress in education but also cherishes traditional values.
